Terms of Service

Effective September 1, 2026 · Last updated September 7, 2026

These terms govern your use of the RECON Intelligence System™ ("RECON"), operated by Wonder Constant Labs, Inc. ("WCL," "we"). By requesting access to, purchasing, or using RECON, you agree to these terms.

1. What RECON Is

RECON scores a business's public digital presence across six dimensions and produces a set of report deliverables (Score Report, Technical Analysis, Field Letter, Dossier) based on publicly available data and, for some report types, AI-assisted research. Every tier — Scout, Field, Operator, and Command — is self-serve: pick a plan on our Pricingpage, pay by card, and you're invited to set up your own login automatically. Commandadditionally includes white-label branding and custom scoring-weight configuration, which we set up with you directly after your purchase rather than as a self-serve option, since it affects how your account's scoring itself works. On the business-owner path, the Scout one-run purchase is presented as a Complete RECON Report and the three-run pack as an Improvement Pack; those names do not change the underlying report credits or account entitlement.

2. Accuracy of Reports

RECON's scores and reports are generated from third-party data sources (Google Places, PageSpeed, public website content, and — for certain report types — AI-assisted web research) that we do not control and cannot fully verify. Reports are provided for informational and sales-preparation purposes and should not be treated as a substitute for your own diligence about a business. We work to flag when underlying data could not be confirmed rather than presenting a guess as fact, but we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any report.

The Free RECON Snapshot is a limited inspection of one public website page. It is not a complete RECON Score and does not evaluate every source included in a paid report. Snapshot observations are informational and are not legal, financial, or professional advice.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use RECON to:

  • Violate any law, or the rights of any business you research or contact;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to RECON systems or another client's data;
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute RECON's reports or underlying data as a standalone product without our written consent;
  • Use RECON's outputs to harass, defraud, or discriminate against any business or individual.

4. Accounts & Access

Accounts for every tier are created automatically once your purchase is confirmed — you accept an invitation email sent to the address you paid with and set your own password from there. Command Center staff access is issued individually by us. Operator and Command accounts may invite teammates up to your plan's seat limit; accounts may not be shared outside your organization's licensed seats. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or misuse.

5. Billing

Scout is a one-time purchase (1, 3, or 5 report credits) processed through Stripe Checkout. Credits are added to your account once payment is confirmed and do not expire.

Field, Operator, and Command are recurring monthly subscriptions, processed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us — canceling stops future billing and stops new report runs, but you keep the ability to sign in and download every report already generated for you.

If a Scout purchase is refunded, or a Field, Operator, or Command subscription is canceled or lapses, your account moves to a read-only state: you can still sign in and download your existing reports, but starting a new one requires an active plan.

If you use all the runs included in your plan for the current billing period, new scans are paused until your plan renews or you upgrade — we do not automatically bill you for runs beyond your plan's limit.

We do not currently collect sales tax on RECON purchases. If we become legally required to collect tax in your state, we will begin doing so, and it will be shown to you at checkout before you pay.

Payment is handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

RECON is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Implementation Providers

Paid reports can be implemented by you, your own provider, or a provider you select. AWDS is an optional managed provider and a separate, independent company; it is not affiliated with RECON. RECON's founder also serves as an executive at AWDS and benefits financially when customers enroll through a RECON introduction. AWDS cannot influence RECON scores or findings, and RECON does not transmit your information to AWDS unless you choose to contact or enroll with AWDS.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WCL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of RECON, including business decisions made in reliance on a RECON report.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as RECON evolves. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
